The Heritage Place

Our mission is to provide affordable housing and quality services to seniors of Forsyth County by encouraging independence, preserving dignity, nurturing the spirit, and involving family and friends.

The Heritage Place is a 42-unit, multi-million dollar independent senior living center located on the campus of SPWOC. Seniors enjoy fellowshipping with other tenants in a safe and caring environment. The residents foster a spirit of community by volunteering to serve on the Resident Council and participating in other events.
